In tech field, as well as in other exact disciplines, there could be more female participants. In order to ensure equality, equal opportunities should be presented to both genders, so that individuals could choose the most suitable and appealing fields of study.
“Minds of both genders work similarly. There are no objective reasons, why a woman could not advance her intellect or manual labour capabilities,” says Liza Aizupiete, managing director of “Fintelum”.
